What Is a Liquid Culture Syringe?

A liquid culture syringe contains sterile nutrient broth inoculated with live mycelium. This allows for fast and efficient colonization of sterile substrates.
Unlike spore syringes, liquid cultures contain active, vegetative mycelium, resulting in quicker growth and higher success rates.

Each 20ml syringe includes:

• Active mycelium (strain-specific)

• Sterile 18G needle

• Alcohol wipe

• Recommended for use within 6–8 months (refrigerated)

Strain: Amazonian (Psilocybe cubensis)

Short Description:

Amazonian is a classic cubensis strain originally found in the Amazon rainforest. It is known for producing large, meaty fruiting bodies with strong rhizomorphic growth and rapid colonization. Ideal for mycological research into tropical strain behavior and robust genetics, Amazonian is a favorite in both commercial and academic contexts. As a liquid culture, it delivers fast and even colonization on grains or bulk substrate.

Shelf Life:

6–8 months (refrigerated at 2–8°C)

Storage Advice:

Store refrigerated between 2–8°C. Do not freeze. Shake gently before use. Keep sealed until application.
