What Is a Liquid Culture Syringe?

A liquid culture syringe contains sterile nutrient broth inoculated with live mycelium. This allows for fast and efficient colonization of sterile substrates.
Unlike spore syringes, liquid cultures contain active, vegetative mycelium, resulting in quicker growth and higher success rates.

Each 20ml syringe includes:

• Active mycelium (strain-specific)

• Sterile 18G needle

• Alcohol wipe

• Recommended for use within 6–8 months (refrigerated)

Strain: Mazatapec (Psilocybe cubensis)

Short Description:

Mazatapec is a sacred Psilocybe cubensis strain originally discovered near the Mazatec region of Mexico. Revered for its ceremonial history and stable performance, Mazatapec produces elegant, medium-sized fruiting bodies with caramel-colored caps and clean stems. In liquid culture, this strain shows strong and steady growth, colonizing grains evenly and performing well across most standard substrates. A great choice for tradition-minded research or long-term isolate projects.

6–8 months (refrigerated at 2–8°C)

Storage Advice:

Store refrigerated between 2–8°C. Do not freeze. Shake gently before use. Keep sealed until application.
